CUPA Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Ultimate Players Association will be held at the CUC Volunteer Tent, Disc Central, in Vancouver, BC on Friday August 20th 2004 at 6:30pm for the following purposes:

1. To receive and adopt the various reports and accounts for the year ended 31st December 2003.
2. To elect the Board of Directors (Board). Three positions are available.
3. To nominate the Executive Committee (Exec) members

The positions open to nomination are: - The Board/Exec [current officers shown in brackets]

• BC Region [Brian Gisel and Scott Northrup]
• Junior Board Member [vacant]
• Secretary [vacant]

  4. To transact any other business.
