Three positions available on the CUPA Board
of Directors 2004 - 2005

CUPA is not-for-profit organization governed by
a nine-person Board of Directors representing over 1400 members
across Canada. The directors are a key link between members and
the rest of the organization. As a Board, they set CUPA’s
vision and policies, oversee prudent financial management, hire
and guide the Executive Director, and help establish and evaluate
CUPA’s strategic objectives. By volunteering your services
as a member of the board of directors, you can help shape the future
of Canadian Ultimate.
Directors each serve a term of two years. Directors
may stand for re-election for a second term with a maximum two consecutive
terms. Currently, there are 3 positions open – 2 in BC and
the Junior Board Member.

to peruse before the AGM.

experience that you would like to share with CUPA members?
