Four positions are still available on the CUPA Board of Directors for 2007 April 4, 2007 CUPA is not-for-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors representing over 1400 members across Canada. The directors are a key link between members and the rest of the organization. As a Board, they set CUPA's vision and policies, oversee prudent financial management, hire and guide the Executive Director, and help establish and evaluate CUPA's strategic objectives. By volunteering your services as a member of the board of directors, you can help shape the future of Canadian Ultimate. Directors each serve a term of two years. Directors may stand for re-election for a second term with a maximum two consecutive terms. Currently, there are 4 positions open: 2 in BC, 1 in AB and 1 at-large position representing Junior's.
