UBC Accomodations
The location of the tournament gives us access to UBC Residence. A number of rooms have been set aside for Ultimate players in Vanier Place.
$26/night/person (+15% Tax) gets you a Single or Twin room with a shared bathroom on every floor. Linen is supplied, guests bring their own towels and soap. A Hot Breakfast is included in the price of the room.
These rooms are the best solution to accommodations at Nationals 2000. They are a 5 minute walk from the fields and the parties.

All rooms must be booked by June 7th, 2000. At this time our reservation of the rooms will be lost.
The Bad News:
As the campus is situated in the middle of a large park, other accommodation options are limited. There is NO CAMPING ALLOWED on the campus and no convenient campsites near by. There are also a limited number of Hotels in this area. The Vancouver Youth Hostel is 5 minutes drive from the campus, but it is small and usually booked up well in advance. We strongly recommend that you secure accommodations through UBC. The Conference Center does offer some other options (family style rooms) in other parts of the campus. Nationals 2000 will not reserve these options, but if you call the Conference Center early you should be able to make arrangements. All accommodations on campus are close to the fields and party sites.
