2005 Canadian Ultimate Championships
Thursday Night Dinner 
A Canadian Ultimate Championship tradition is the Thursday night field-side dinner. This year's feast features local and organic fare. The menu is as follows:
- Award winning bison burgers or locally made veggie burgers on Tall Grass Prairie Bakery ciabatta buns
- Manitoba wild rice salad with okanagan cherries and saskatoons
- herbed potato salad with vita eggs
- traditional greek salad (no lettuce, made with locally grown veggies and feta)
Dessert will be cones of Nucci's Gelati.
Extra tickets for the dinner must be purchased in advance, either when tournament fees are paid through CUPA, or email the tournament organizers to make other arrangments.
