Hotels
The Delta Halifax and Delta Barrington hotels are the host hotels this year. Reservations at these hotels needed to be completed by July 20th.
The airport shuttle services both Delta hotels, so getting to them from the airport is simple. If you choose to drive to the hotels, parking is available at the Scotia Square parking behind the hotel at a rate of $12 per day. Indicate to the hotel staff that you are parking to obtain this hotel parking rate (normal rates are $15 to $20 per day).
Shuttles will be available from this location to travel to the Halifax Commons and the two satellite fields (Clayton Park and Burnside Park). Please note, it is a 15 minute walk from the Delta to the main Halifax Commons fields.

Residence
Dalhousie University
We have secured accommodations in the Dalhousie University residences for last-minute participants. Reservations are for groups and can be done by contacting cuc2006.accommodations@gmail.com
Single and double rooms will be in the Gerard Hall residence in downtown Halifax. The residences have offered all particpants their student rates. The room rates, excluding food and parking, are
| Single room | $26.44 (tax included) |
| Double room | $48.71 (tax included) |
| Web site | www.dal.ca/confserv |
These rooms have shared washrooms per floor. Unfortunately, there are no food services available at this residence.
Check-out from these residences must be August 20th; the university is already extending their operating period at this time to accommodate the CUC.
Due to the recency of this update, it is not guaranteed that the shuttle to the CUC fields will stop at Gerard Hall. However, the Delta hotel is a short walk (less than 1km) and you are assured to get a shuttle there.
Saint Mary's University
The Saint Mary's University residences are hosting many of the CUC participants. Their residences are currently full for the duration, hosting about one quarter of the CUC participants!
Complimentary parking for guests staying in the residence is available on campus in the lot at the corner of Inglis Street and Tower road. Please pick up your parking pass from the front desk when you arrive and display it in the front windshield of your vehicle.
All people staying at the residence must be 19 years of age or older. Guests 18 years of age or under must have chaperoning at the rate of one chaperone per 10 students.

Lunches and dinners are also available at a cost of $6.96 and $9.13 respectively (plus HST). Please inform the CUC organizers at cuc2006.accommodations@gmail.com if you plan to have lunches or suppers at the residence since we must report estimate numbers to the residences in advance of our event.

Camping and Bed and Breakfast
The Halifax Visitors Guide has great information on available camping grounds and bed and breakfast options. The nearest campgrounds is the Shubie Park Campground. There are a variety of bed and breakfast options in the downtown area and throughout the Halifax Regional Municipality, both in and out of town.
Billets
The CUC organizers regrets that they cannot provide billeting for CUC participants. The Halifax Ultimate Recreational League (HURL) has a discussion forum available to help you contact individuals who may offer billeting on their own.
