CUC 2007 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

All CUC registration is done through the CUPA website, www.canadianultimate.com.  Here's how it works:

1. All players register online as members of CUPA.  Click on "Membership" on the left margin of the CUPA site and follow the prompts.  If you are a past member, your profile will already be there.  Membership fee is $25 and all players must pay this fee to play at CUC (or to play at a Regionals for those divisions that have them).

2. The 91 CUC teams are already entered into the database (even those needing a Regionals to qualify).

3. Team captains add players to their roster from members in the CUPA database - captains should login to the "Membership" area and click on TEAMS.  There is a search function to find your players (you must search on first name OR last name, but NOT both.)

4. After a player has been added to a team roster, that player should login to the CUPA "Membership" area, and there will be a prompt asking them to pay their CUC fees.

5. Note that fees are $25 (CUPA membership), $100+GST (CUC non-Juniors Division), or $70+GST (CUC Juniors Division) from now until July 18th. Starting on July 19th there will be a 25% penalty on all of these fees.

6. NOTE to Ontario Masters Teams: One team will be eliminated from the CUC at the Ontario Masters Regionals on July 21 (after the regular fee payment deadline).  It is recommended that  players pay their CUC fees on or before July 18th.  Players on the eliminated team will be given a full refund of their CUC fees, unless they decide to play on a different team for Nationals.
