CUC 07 Travel Information

Toronto Traffic:
Please be aware that traffic in Toronto can be a huge obstacle to getting people to the fields on time, especially coming from the Delta Chelsea or anywhere downtown.  When you are planning your travel time please make sure you have room in your schedule for delays!

To and From the Fields:
Shuttle buses will be provided between the Delta Chelsea & Seneca Residence and the fields at Sunnybrook Park.  Please be aware that getting to the game is YOUR responsibility.  Toronto traffic is completely unpredictable, buses will fill up and we can not guarantee the bus schedule whatsoever so get on the earliest bus you can.

To and From the Airport:
Airport Express
Airport Express services all three terminals and more than 16 hotels, subway, and major landmarks in the downtown core including the Delta Chelsea running every 30mins. Downtown to/from airport - $14.95 one-way; $25.75 return.
For more information, call (905) 564-6333 or (905) 564-3232
Airport Cabs/Limo
It costs $43 to take an airport cab/limo directly to Seneca and $45 to take an airport cab/limo directly to Delta Chelsea (flat rate cab map).
Toronto Transit Commission (TTC)
http://www.toronto.ca/ttc/schedules/index.htm (main TTC website)
http://www.toronto.ca/ttc/pdf/rideguide.pdf (route map)
The local transit service (TTC) is $1.85 for those 13-19 as well as seniors and $2.75 for adults.  There is a frequent Airport Express (#192) bus that can be had for this fare for transit to Kipling Station - from which you can ride 'the rocket' to Dundas Station (for the Delta Chelsea).  While it would be a bit of a long trip, you could also take the TTC to Finch station and take bus #39 across Finch to Seneca Residence. Here's the bus schedule leaving the airport.
*TTC at night: routes differ slightly at night between approximately 1:30-5am – see link for map - http://www.toronto.ca/ttc/pdf/bluenight.pdf
There are also other buses you could take depending on when exactly you would get in and where you are going (destinations other than Delta or Seneca).
There is even a GO bus option that is a bit more expensive but quicker.  For further information on the TTC options please call 416-393-4636 and hit zero to talk to someone quickly.
