Q. When and where is the captains meeting?A.Captains Meeting will be Wednesday evening at 7:00 or 8:15pm at The Fairmont in the "Wellington Ballroom" on the lobby level.
Each team must send 1 representative to either of the sessions. Team packs will be handed out at that time.
Q. How can I bring a guest to the Players Dinner, Party and Finals?
A. For all of you bringing a non-player to any of the evening dinners/parties, there is a guest pass available.
Guest passes are $35 before August 6 (after August 6 they increase in price to $40) and include a commemerative CUC 09 cup, shuttle service to and from the fields, Thursday dinner, Saturday Party entrance and a Sunday Final ticket.
Please put the name of the team you are coming with in the comment section so we know who to give the guest pass to.

Q. Where can I get money from since there is no ATM at the fields?
A. There are many major banks (TD, Royal Bank, Bank of Nova Scotia and Scotiabank) at the corner of Portage Avenue and Main Street.
They are accessable underground from The Fairmont hotel.

Q.Do I have to rent a car for the tournament or is there a shuttle service?
A.We will be providing a free shuttle service between all 4 Sponsor Hotels (The Fairmont, Marlborough, Place Louis Riel and the Radisson) and the fields.
We will be providing a free shuttle to the Finals on Sunday at the Stadium with some service to the airport in the afternoon.
