National Coordinators and Regional Coordinators Wanted for CUC

In 2003, a Regionals tournament took place in almost all of the regions across Canada. To anticipate the growth of competitive Ultimate in Canada, CUPA is decentralizing the organization of events leading up to the Canadian Ultimate Summer Series (CUSS). Under the guidance of the Championship Series Director, National Coordinators and Regional Coordinators, will work together to provide a standard, stable, and effective framework to encourage the national competitive Ultimate scene.

CUPA is looking for volunteers to fulfill the positions of National Coordinators for the Juniors, Masters, Mixed, Open, and Women’s divisions. Regional Coordinators are also being sought for each division in each region.

As a coordinator, you will have direct involvement in discussions of administrative and competition-related Championship Series issues. Also, you will network and get to know other players in the Canadian Ultimate community.

If you are interested in one of these positions, please contact Kieran McConnell, the Championship Series Director, (), before Monday March 29th, 2004.
