2004 Canadian University Ultimate Championships October 15th - 17th, 2004 NEWS | REGISTRATION | TRAVEL | TEAMS | SCHEDULE | RESULTS 1. READ *****University Nationals Tournament Team/Player Eligibility***** 2. If you are interested in participating, please send a message to Graeme Moffat, CUUC 2004 TD, at cuuc_td AT canadianultimate DOT com N.B.: The registration deadline is Thursday, September 30, 2004. 3. Pay $300 team fee Please make cheque payable to "CUPA" and mail it to CUUC 2004 Remember to write your team name and division on the cheque. 4. Pay $15 CUPA fee For players who have participated in CUUC 2003 or CUC 2004, your CUPA membership is being honoured until December 31, 2004. If you are not already in the database, you can sign up here. All new players must be a member of good standing in CUPA. To pay for your membership, click here and follow the directions. The captain/team administrator can send one cheque to cover each individual's CUPA fee to the above address. Remember to attach a list of names of whom you're paying for. 5. Send CUPA a signed and sealed letter from University Registrar confirming full time status. (See Eligibility section for more details. Players should also bring their student ID cards.) 6. Enter roster in the CUPA database. The team captain/administrator must enter the roster into the CUPA database. After interest in participating in the tournament has been received, the CUUC 2004 TD will create the team in the database. Afterwards, the team captain/team administrator can enter the roster into the CUPA database. 7. ***ALL
