INVITATION TO THE CENTRAL SELECTION CAMP FOR JUNIOR TEAM CANADA TO BE HELD IN WINNIPEG, SUNDAY, MARCH 26TH, FROM 7 TO 9 PM and MONDAY, MARCH 27TH, FROM 6 TO 8 AM

Arrangements have been finalized for the Central Selection Camp for the 2006 Canadian Junior Boys and Girls Teams. Details follow:

PART I of Camp:
Sunday March 26th, 2006
7 - 9 pm (ready to run at 7!)
Reimer Gym, St. John’s-Ravenscourt School (400 South Drive)

PART II of Camp:
Monday March 27th, 2006
6 - 8 am (ready to run at 6!)
The Golf Dome (1205 Wilkes Ave.)

To bring: $20 Camp Fee (for camp expenses), light and dark shirt, water, disc, indoor runners for Sunday, cleats for Monday.

Players:

CUPA will accept late applications from players. Follow the process described at: http://www.canadianultimate.com/WJUC/ However, late registrations will have to be sent (overnight delivery) within 2 days following the date of your regional player identification camp.

Players who are not applying for the Worlds teams are encouraged to attend this camp, just for the experience!

This location has been chosen as the majority of central applicants are in Winnipeg.

*** For out-of-town participants, if you are looking for a place to stay Sunday night please write back directly to me before Thursday the 23rd and we should be able to arrange a billet. ***

Coaches:

Coaches are strongly encouraged to attend the camps in order to increase their own awareness of the top level of play of juniors and to help evaluate the players. Please forward this email along to any other player or coach contacts you have who may be interested.
