Open, Women, Mixed, Masters, Juniors - NO TEAM FEE THIS YEAR!!!

Player

$95 per player - Open, Women, Mixed, Masters
$65 per player - Juniors

How to pay:

  1. ***Pay online*** (You can pay for your own individual player fee or for all your team members.)
  2. Pay by cheque
    • send ONE cheque, made out to CUPA, to cover all players on roster
    • the roster from the CUC database MUST be included with payment
    • mail to: CUC 2005, c/o CUPA, 30 Marlow Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M4J 3T9
    • team name and division must be written on memo line of cheque

N.B.: CUPA membership fees ARE NOT included in tournament fees. They are to be paid at your regional tournament or sent to CUPA directly when you register your team roster.

Rosters due for Regionals.

  • Submit roster by July 5th; no changes to roster allowed before regionals.
  • Rosters are due for all teams, whether or not a regional/seeding tournament takes place.
  • After regional or seeding tournaments have taken place, changes to submitted rosters allowed (to a maximum of 3 player additions by July 31st )
  • Contact your Regional Coordinator for more information.

July 31

Final rosters due. All CUPA fees, balance of player fees, official team rosters due. (25% late penalty)

  • Between July 18th and July 31st, any changes in submitted rosters (i.e. The addition of up to 3 players or the removal of players due to an injury or other circumstance) must be made prior to 11:59pm PDT on July 31st, 2005.
  • We are no longer accepting changes to rosters on the night before Nationals start.
  • These changes, via email (in writing), must be communicated to your respective Regional Coordinator, who will in turn submit your roster change to the CUPA registrar.
  • Only those listed on your roster, who are paid current members of CUPA, are eligible to participate in Nationals
  • There are no refunds on CUPA membership fees. (revision of rule 15.3.1)
August 10 Check-in, Location TBD, 6:00pm to 10:00pm
   
THE ROAD TO NATIONALS
  1. Team A decides they want to compete at Regionals, in a bid for a spot at Nationals.
  2. Team A captain contacts their Regional Coordinator (RC).
  3. RC adds Team A captain to his/her contact list in the CUPA database.
  4. Team A captain logs into CUPA site and registers as member and captain of Team A and pays membership fees.
  5. Team A captain sends e-mail to all team members requesting they login and register as CUPA members (paying membership fees online).
  6. Team A captain gets approval to build team from RC/database manager. Team A captain accesses database and selects team members for online roster.
  7. RC can verify all team rosters (members paid, waiver signed) on/before the roster deadline. Rosters are final.
  8. Team A pays regional tournament fee. Late penalties can be applied at the discretion of the RC.
  9. Team A qualifies to participate in Nationals.
  10. Team A pays the National tournament fee. Late penalties can be applied at the discretion of CUPA.
  11. Team A participates in CUC.
