St. Catharines Ultimate Frisbee

S.C.U.F.L is ...

The aim of the St. Catharines Ultimate Frisbee League (SCUFL) is to increase interest and participation in Ultimate Frisbee within the Niagara Peninsula. We encourage everyone to attend these games, regardless of skill, age, gender, ability, or otherwise. We are always ready to teach people the basics, and to help people improve their game. As always, games are totally free and registration is not required. Feel free to join in, even if you're late arriving. Bring your friends—the more the merrier! New players welcome, no advance notice required.

Location & Game Time

• West Park: Saturdays @ 1pm — (West Park is located in the Western Hill neighbourhood of St. Catharines between Pelham Rd. & Louth St.)

Some helpful things to bring to a game:

• White (or light) coloured shirt
• Black (or dark) coloured shirt
• Decent running shoes
• Drinking water
• Ultimate friends and fans
