World Games 2005 – National Team Selection Committee Application

The 2005 World Games will be held on July 14-24 in Duisburg, Germany. The Ultimate portion takes place July 22–24. Canada will be sending a mixed team (6 men and 5 women) to compete in the Ultimate portion of this competition. The gender ratio still has to be determined.

All Canadian Ultimate players are invited to apply for the selection committee. The members of the committee will not be eligible to play on the team.

Applications must be received by November 5, 2004 by 5 pm EST. The committee will be selected by the CUPA Board of Directors by November 15, 2004.
