WFDF World Ultimate Club Championships in Perth 2006 November 28, 2006
Eleven teams represented Canada in four divisions. Our top finishers were: Team Fisher Price (1st Mixed), Grind (4th Masters), Roughriders (5th Women's), and Mephisto (8th Open). Other finishers: Bombing Madd Fatties (8th Mixed), Dis'Chords (14th Mixed), Joyride (16th Mixed), Camelot (17th Mixed), Relic (7th Masters), Edmonton Womens Ultimate (17th Womens), Too Bad (20th Open). Congratulations to All our Teams! October 11, 2005 The WFDF World Ultimate Club Championships will take place November 13-19, 2006 in Perth, Australia. Bids to Canadian teams will be primarily based on the results of CUC 2005. WFDF has notified CUPA the initial number of bids Canada will receive per division: Masters - 3 , Mixed - 5, Open - 4, and Women's - 3. CUPA will notify all the teams that participated in CUC 2005 and ask for a response by a certain date regarding their interest in participating in WUCC 06. Please do not send CUPA an email. An official notice will be sent out in the near future. March 22, 2004 The WFDF has announced that the World Ultimate Club Championships (WUCC) will take place in Perth, Australia in 2006. The preliminary dates are November 12-18, 2006. Interested Canadian players and teams are invited to comment on the suggested tournament dates (either in August or November).
